Since our creation in May 2021, in La Réunion, we have affirmed a simple conviction: advice should not be limited to making recommendations.

That’s why, at Axone Consultantwe have chosen to fully embrace a social innovation approach, focused on the French overseas territories, their inhabitants and their structures.
We are consultants, of course, but above all, we are facilitators of sustainable and inclusive transformations. Every assignment we undertake is an opportunity to implement concrete, collaborative approaches that are adapted to the social and economic realities of local areas.
At Axone Consultant, we don’t talk about innovation to talk about technology. We talk about innovation to meet unmet social needs, to create new responses from existing resources, and above all, to strengthen the capacity for action of those working in the field.
We’ve applied this approach, for example, with the Mon Parkour EROïque project, in line with our strategy to prevent and combat poverty, or in our support for Mlézi Maoré in Mayotte, by equipping their teams to deal with European funds, governance and the structuring of essential services.
We are committed to the social and solidarity economy(SSE). It’s not a label, nor is it a posture of circumstance; it’s a commitment and a conviction that guide each and every one of our actions. We believe that the process is as important as the result.

Where traditional agencies apply pre-formatted models, we offer customized solutions. Where they deploy vertical solutions, we animate horizontal dynamics. We don’t deliver “products”, we build trajectories. We don’t impose models, we reveal potential.
Our tools, whether in the fields of knowledge brokerage,project engineering, interim management or social impact measurement, are mobilized with a constant focus on relevance, appropriation, contextualization and shared transformation.
Being a consultant at Axone doesn’t mean “doing instead of”, it means working with.
