Writing a scientific article in management sciences is of great importance, as it allows for the structuring, formalization, and dissemination of rigorous research findings within both the scientific and professional communities.

It addresses multiple objectives: contributing to the advancement of knowledge, offering operational solutions to management issues, and enriching academic debate.

One of the major challenges lies in adhering to methodological and ethical standards while ensuring that the conclusions remain relevant and applicable for practitioners.

Moreover, adapting a conceptual framework to action research makes it possible to connect theories with concrete practices, which is essential for evaluating real-time changes in organizational environments. This requires deep reflection on how to integrate theoretical concepts while accounting for field dynamics, in order to propose actionable and measurable solutions.

The training programs offered by Axone Consultant will help you achieve these objectives.

A. Training objectives

This training program aims to equip professionals and researchers involved in action-research projects with a structured methodology for effectively adapting and mobilizing a conceptual framework to specific issues. In a context where action-research is emerging as a preferred approach to social and organizational innovation, this training course addresses the need to ensure consistency between field issues, project objectives and scientific rigor. Participants will learn to identify key concepts, adapt them to the concrete realities of their project, and articulate them with a relevant methodology. The aim is to equip participants with the skills they need to ensure that their conceptual framework remains a strategic lever throughout the action-research process, helping them to achieve the expected results and enhance their value.

B. Target skills

At the end of this course, participants will be able to :

  • Understand the principles of a conceptual framework applied to action research.
  • Acquire the skills to adapt and contextualize a conceptual framework to specific problems.
